Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only

This ensures timely delivery and protects product integrity over weekends or holidays

Packaging & Temperature Control
All shipments are packed in a medical-grade Styrofoam cooler

Preserved with sufficient dry ice to maintain ultra-low temperatures during transit

Exosomes are kept frozen throughout shipping to preserve membrane structure, growth factor activity, and cargo bioavailability

Dry ice is for temporary storage. Dry ice is good for less than 48 hours. Upon arrival, transfer immediately to the cryo-freezer of -80 °C

Labeling & Traceability
Each vial is:

Clearly labeled with its corresponding batch number

Marked for “Research Use Only”

Traceable to QC-verified production records for testing, sterility, and nanoparticle count
