Who can buy from Stem Nova Network?

Licensed medical professionals (MD, DO, NP, PA) with an active state license in good standing. Every practice completes a wholesale application and credential verification before an account is approved, typically within 24 hours.

Are your products FDA-approved?

No. Exosome products are supplied for topical cosmetic use only. hUCT-MSC products are individualized products that are not FDA-approved; any use is the decision of the licensed treating clinician. Products are manufactured in an FDA-registered tissue establishment under cGTP-compliant standards (21 CFR Part 1271). FDA registration is not FDA approval.

What documentation comes with each lot?

Every lot has lot-specific Certificate of Analysis documentation from two independent laboratories. Exosome lots include nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) particle counts; hUCT-MSC lots include post-thaw viability (97%). You can review sample documentation before your first order.

How are products shipped and stored?

Exosome products ship frozen on dry ice and are stored at −80°C. hUCT-MSC products ship cryopreserved for liquid nitrogen storage. Receiving, storage and thawing are covered step by step in Foundation training before your first shipment arrives.

Where are your products made?

In the USA, in an FDA-registered tissue establishment operating under cGTP-compliant standards (21 CFR Part 1271). Exosomes are produced with 3D bioreactor culture and are never lyophilized.

Do you provide training?

Yes. The Biologics Integration Academy has three levels. Foundation is included with every approved account; Integration and Accelerator are enrolled separately. Training covers compliance, documentation, handling and practice operations. It does not include hands-on procedural, dosing or administration instruction.

Do you advise on indications or protocols?

No. Clinical decisions remain with the licensed treating clinician. Our medical director is available for product and safety questions, and your account representative handles ordering, documentation and logistics.
