Built for Safe, Reliable Results. Trusted by Clinics Worldwide
STEM Nova ethically produces and independently tests U.S.-made 3D UCT‑MSCs and Exosome+™ in our cGMP‑certified facility, delivering clinical‑grade cells and exosomes with unmatched potency, safety, viability, and full regulatory compliance for clinics and research teams.
Xeno Free Exosomes
Manufactured without animal-derived components and designed to support immune compatibility. This approach reduces biologic risk, improves consistency, and aligns with clinical-grade manufacturing standards
3D Culture, 20x Potency
Produced in our 3D bioreactor culture system, which replicates the natural cellular environment, producing significantly higher secretome and exosome output than traditional 2D methods. For clinics, this delivers more biologically active signaling per treatment—supporting consistency, potency, and improved clinical response.
98% Post-Thaw Viability
Validated cryopreservation and handling protocols preserve cellular integrity after thaw. This supports consistent dosing, predictable handling, and reliable clinical use.
Ethically Sourced UCT Stem Cells
Derived from ethically donated umbilical cord tissue under AATB-accredited standards and documented within an FDA Type II Master File. Donor eligibility, going 3 generations back, includes a comprehensive medical history review, infectious disease screening, and genetic risk assessment to support clinical-grade manufacturing integrity.
Whartons Jelly UCT-MSCs
Wharton's Jelly Umbilical cord–derived MSCs are biologically younger, highly proliferative, and naturally immune-privileged. Compared to adipose-derived stem cells sources, they offer a cleaner, more consistent cell population to support reliable clinical applications.
Live Cryopreserved Cells
Cryopreservation preserves cellular viability, membrane integrity, and active paracrine signaling—allowing native extracellular vesicles and growth-factor cargo to resume biologic function after thaw. In contrast, most exosome products on the market are freeze-dried for convenience, a process that irreversibly degrades structure, bioactivity, and signaling consistency. By never lyophilizing, we preserve native membranes and cargo to support reliable uptake, biologic relevance, and clinical
Multipotent UCT-MSCs
Multipotentmesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can differentiate into multiple specialized celltypes within defined lineages, including bone, cartilage, muscle, andconnective tissue. Our umbilical cord–derived MSCs are manufactured forclinical-grade consistency, supporting regenerative signaling without thelimitations of terminally differentiated cells
Third Party Tested & Full Traceability
Each batch undergoes third-party testing, including Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA), to verify exosome concentration, size distribution, and consistency. Full lot traceability is maintained through AATB-accredited sourcing and documented quality systems, supporting batch-level accountability and clinical-grade assurance.
The Next Competitive Advantage in Human Performance

FAQs
We’ve compiled answers to the most common inquiries about our stem cell and exosome products, from safety and usage to regulatory compliance and clinical applications.
Are STEM Nova Network biologics FDA‑approved?
No. Our 3D UCT‑MSC and exosome products are manufactured in FDA‑registered, ISO‑compliant facilities under cosmetic good‑manufacturing practices, but they are not FDA‑approved drugs or biologics. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration states that exosome products intended to treat diseases or conditions in humans require FDA approval and “there are currently no FDA‑approved exosome products”. We strictly market our products for research or topical cosmetic use and do not make medical claims.
What makes 3D‑cultured MSCs better than traditional 2D?
Three‑dimensional culture mimics the body’s natural environment and dramatically increases exosome production and potency. In a hollow‑fiber 3D bioreactor, MSCs produced up to 19.4‑fold more exosomes than in a standard 2D flask, and the supernatants were 15.5‑fold more concentrated. 3D culture also allows continuous harvesting of exosomes, requires far fewer plastic flasks and less labour, and can produce an equivalent yield in less than 30 minutes per day. These 3D‑derived exosomes show superior uptake by target cells and stronger anti‑inflammatory effects compared with 2D exosomes. This enhanced potency is why our products are branded “3D‑cultured 20× potency.
Can I inject these biologics?
All biologics are manufactured to injectable quality standards, though they are labeled for topical and research use only unless used under appropriate physician discretion or applicable law (e.g., Right to Try)
What conditions are these biologics commonly used for?
Exosome‑basedtherapies are being explored in regenerative medicine and aesthetics. Clinicalreviews report that exosomes can enhance collagen production, improve skinelasticity and reduce inflammation, resulting in healthier, more youthful skin.Mesenchymal‑stem‑cell‑derived exosomes show promise in treating alopecia bystimulating hair follicle growth and extending the growth phase, and their cell‑free nature reduces immunogenic risks. Exosomes delivergrowth factors and miRNAs that regulate collagen and elastin synthesis, modulate inflammation and oxidative stress, and support tissue repair, makingthem attractive for skin rejuvenation, wound healing, hyperpigmentation andhair‑restoration applications. However, large randomized trialsare limited, and these products should not be considered cures for disease.
What does “xeno‑free ”mean?
“Xeno‑free” means that all components are derived from the same species (human) or are recombinant, so no animal‑derived ingredients such as fetal bovine serum are present. RegMedNet explains that xeno‑free media contain only proteins of human origin or recombinant quality. Using xeno‑free, serum‑free manufacturing reduces the risk of introducing foreign proteins or pathogens, making the product safer and more consistent for cosmetic or research use.
