  2. Credential verification

    We verify your license, practice credentials and eligibility, typically within 24 hours.

  3. Academy onboarding

    Complete 01 Foundation of the Biologics Integration Academy: product science, compliance, documentation and handling.

  4. Place your first order

    Your account representative coordinates the first order and walks through cold-chain receiving.

How long does approval take?

Applications are typically approved within 24 hours. Application to first order usually takes about a week, depending mostly on Academy onboarding.

Is there a minimum order?

After your initial setup order, there is no ongoing minimum. Your account representative can help size the first order to your storage and volume.

What are the storage requirements?

Exosome products require a −80 °C freezer. hUCT-MSC can be stored in liquid nitrogen, the preferred method, or in a −80 °C cryo freezer. Storage must be in place before products arrive.

How are products shipped?

Frozen on dry ice by overnight courier with temperature monitoring. Each shipment includes cold-chain records and lot-specific dual-lab COAs.

What documentation comes with each order?

Manufacturing lab COA, independent lab COA, NTA report for exosome lots, viability report for hUCT-MSC lots, donor eligibility summary, and storage and handling documentation.

Do you provide dosing or protocol guidance?

No. Stem Nova Network does not provide dosing or procedural guidance. Clinical decisions remain with the licensed practitioner.
