Documentation & COAs
Every product shipped by Stem Nova Network includes complete lot-specific documentation — dual-lab Certificates of Analysis, NTA particle characterization, and sterility testing data.
What Is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a lot-specific document issued by an independent testing laboratory that reports the results of quality-control testing performed on that batch of product. It provides objective, third-party verification that the product meets defined specifications for identity, purity, sterility, and composition.
For biologic products, a COA is one of the most important documents a practitioner can request from a supplier. It is how you verify that what is on the label matches what is in the vial.
SNN's Dual-Lab Testing Standard
Most suppliers provide a single-lab COA. Stem Nova Network requires every lot to be tested by two independent laboratories. This dual-lab approach reduces the risk of false results and provides an additional layer of verification for your practice.
What Each COA Includes
NTA Particle Verification
Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) uses laser light scattering to directly measure the number and size distribution of extracellular vesicles in each lot. Unlike protein-based estimates (such as BCA assays), NTA provides a direct particle count.
This distinction matters: when a label states "60 billion exosomes," NTA verification means the count was measured — not estimated from total protein content, which can include non-vesicle proteins and overstate the actual particle number.
Every SNN exosome product includes an NTA characterization report in addition to the dual-lab COA.
